The Arizona Women’s Initiative Network (AZWIN) is excited to announce the 2026 Conference, hosted by the Maricopa Police Department at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Resort & Casino in Maricopa, Arizona.
The conference will take place October 14–16, 2026, with Day Zero Training on October 13.
This event will bring together women leaders and allies from across public safety to share strategies, celebrate achievements, and inspire the next generation of leadership.

AZWIN Supports SOLE Summit
The Arizona Women’s Initiative Network is proud to support the SOLE Summit for 2025 presented by Artemis Self Defense. The SOLE (Sisters of Law Enforcement) Summit is a specialized training program for women in law enforcement, covering defensive tactics, firearms, tactical emergency casualty care, and team building.This intensive 5-day event focuses on elevating skills, enhancing confidence, and promoting professional growth. It marks the beginning of an ongoing commitment to personal advancement and vital support for fellow women in law enforcement. The Summit provides the highest level of training, mentorship, and resources, utilizing innovative learning methodologies led by world-class instructors. Attendance is by application only and the application deadline is April 12, 2025.
